  1. Cancellation of Campaigns
    1.1 Campaign Cancellation: If a client cancels a prepaid campaign, the funds will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
    1.2 Non-Refundable Funds: Funds used for prepaid influencer marketing are non-refundable, as these are typically committed expenses that cannot be recouped.
  2. Mid-Campaign Cancellation
    2.1 Partial Refund: In the event of a running campaign being cancelled midway, we will refund the remaining funds to the client within 2-3 working days, deducting the costs already incurred in the execution of the campaign up to that point.
  3. Website and App Development
    3.1 Initial Payment Non-Refundable: The initial prepaid amount for website and app development is non-refundable, as it covers the upfront costs associated with starting the project.
    3.2 Refunds for Ancillary Services: Refunds for maintenance, SEO, and other ongoing services will be processed if the client wishes to discontinue these services. The refund amount will be proportional to the unused portion of the service.
  4. Subscription-Based Services
    4.1 No Refunds for Used Periods: For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly SEO packages), refunds are not available for periods where the service has already been provided.
    4.2 Cancellation of Future Services: Clients can cancel future billing cycles, and no further charges will be incurred.
  5. Custom Projects and Consultations
    5.1 Custom Work: For custom projects or consultations, the refund policy will be determined based on the specific terms and conditions outlined in the client agreement.
  6. Processing of Refunds
    6.1 Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
    6.2 Refund Timeframe: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
